DARPA technology designed to track every vehicle in a city

Geez, don't these guys ever stop fellating the devil for one single minute? New technology from DARPA called "Combat Zones that See" uses a giant network of cameras to monitor all the traffic in a city, and software analyzes the feeds to track vehicles, drivers (by face recognition) and passengers as well. Of course, it's only approved for use in "military operations" on "foriegn soil", but I think that we can all guess how long that will last, as long as Bush and his cronies are in office.
