Used to be, you hold up a store, the owner pulls a gun on you, and then there's a shoot out. Some times the robber won, some times the store keeper. But the point was, however it ended, it was a matter between citizens of this country, and the ARMED MF'ing FORCES had nothing to do with it. Used to be, if you called out the National Gaurd, it was because ALIENS WERE LANDING, or A GIANT TARANTULA was menacing the population. But now, The Man(tm) needs help with a little old armed robbery.
Do you know who in this country hires the most ex-military? Who buys machine guns? Our captors. The PO-leese.
Don't tell me that militarization of police is a good thing. It's not.
BOISE, Nov. 15 - Apache attack helicopters hovered over the open fields near the Boise Outlet Mall while police used dogs and horses to search the ground - all in an effort to find a suspect in an armed robbery.

Shortly before two o'clock Tuesday, a woman who employees say handles banking for the Idaho Auto Auction was approached in the company's parking lot.
"She was approached by a man with a ski mask, he opened her door and told her to give him all of her money," says Boise Police Spokesman Rich Wright. "She of course was scared, the suspect lifted his shirt, showed he had a handgun." Police won't say how much money was taken nor would they confirm it was the company's daily bankroll.
